HU Aug 28-29 Camp Site Leave Heber on US 40 toward Strawberry Reservoir About 6 miles past Daniels Pass turn off US 40 to FS Road 131 that goes south past the Strawberry visitor center and continue about 14 miles past the Renegade Campground to the end of the paved road, and continue about a mile to an intersection with FS 109 which heads to Big Spring. Turn left onto FS 109 and look for the HUBCH camp which should be within the first mile in some trees. Tom scouted the area this week and found that many places were already taken probabily by hunters. He will be there on Friday afternoon (Aug 27) to save a spot. |
